Featured Estate in the Upcoming 2016 Park City Showcase of Homes

Altitude Design Build has a very unique philosophy in that we take in what you want your dream home to be and take you out of the day-to-day aspects of the build.

That is, we handle the architectural, the build, the interior design, the management and, should you decide to list the home, the sale of your property. Best of all, you’ll spend less for all of this than what it would cost to hire a typical Park City builder alone.

How do we do it?

We have a team that is more concerned with building your dream home than making the almighty dollar.

How’s that for a concept?

And, while you may think this is too good to be true and there’s not a chance you could ever get the quality other Park City homebuilders can deliver, you’re wrong. Not only will you receive the utmost in design and build, but you’re home will be as sound as the foundation it sits on.

Altitude Design Build…a revolutionary concept in custom home building.
Larry Feldman, CEO

Feldman, as he is commonly referred to, has built numerous homes in CA and now Park City and demands a unique design, a timely build, a relevant style and a satisfied client.

In short, he knows what he would want from a build and figures you want the same thing.

Prior to forming Altitude, Feldman amassed 30 years in the public relations, marketing and advertising industries, owning and operating FeldmanPR, a full-service agency, for the past 20 years.  During this time, he has serviced such high-profile companies as AT&T, Hilton Nevada Corporation, ULTRA Slim-Fast and the National Football League (NFL).

“Building a custom home can be a daunting experience, but we will turn that concern into an exciting, fun and, most importantly, a rewarding experience.”

Van Sickle Design

Bill Van Sickle was formally educated at ITT Technical Institute and Weber State University. He has been designing high-end residential homes for nearly 20 years.

Van Sickle Design creates one-of-a-kind custom homes that are heavy on aesthetic appeal, yet provide a unique livability.

The firm has gained a reputation in Utah for creating beautiful spaces in a variety of motifs from Mountain Rustic to Modern Contemporary to everything in-between.

Each home is designed to fit its environment, taking into account that every lot is unique and, therefore, every home is equally unique. The goal is to ultimately conceive a home that is timeless.

Van Sickle Design is also committed to an unparalleled attention- to-detail and assisting the Altitude Design Build team and its clients during every phase of construction. A small agency that prides itself on constant communication, it’s also not uncommon to have Bill on-site at a moment’s notice should an issue arise.

Heather Feldman, Realtor

Heather joined Keller Williams Park City as a Minority Owner in 2017 after four straight years (2013-16) as the # 1 Realtor at Equity Real Estate Luxury Group, boosting her career sales total to nearly $500 million.

The award-winning agent began her career for some of Southern California’s most prominent homebuilders in the late-90s, then brought her unique style to Park City, where in just five years has become one of the region’s most-respected agents despite one of the nation’s most severe economic downturns.

Heather has earned the admiration from her clients and peers through an unparalleled work ethic. She spends countless hours searching and researching nearly every property on the market, stays current on market trends and holds multiple Broker Previews on all her listings with regularity.

“I get no greater joy than to see my clients find their dream home or to be able to sell their property at the highest price possible.”
